What You Will Learn  

• Understanding and applying rules of Tajweed

• Correct pronunciation (Makharij) of Arabic letters

• Proper use of Harakaat (vowel sounds) and Madd (elongation)

• Rules of Izhar, Ikhfa, Idgham, Iqlab, and Qalqala

• Correct use of Ghunna and stopping (Waqf) signs

• Developing fluency and melody in recitation

• Reading and reciting from Surah Al-Fatiha to Surah An-Nas with proper Tajweed

Student Requirement  

• Must be able to read the Quran (completion of Quran Reading Course recommended)

• Basic understanding of Arabic letters and pronunciation

• Willingness to practice regularly with guidance from the teacher
